All about wedding stationery and what you need to do to get your invites right | Nottingham & Lincolnshire natural wedding photographer

Inspiration and guidance for organizing your wedding stationery and your wedding invites.

What wedding stationery will you need?

What you’ll need:

  • Save the date.

  • The invitations.

  • Thank you cards.

  • Place cards.

  • Table numbers.

  • Table plan.

  • Welcome banner.

What do do regarding your wedding invitations:

1- Decide on the guest list.

2- Choose a book a stationer if you want them to be created by someone else, instead of making them yourself.

3 - Send out save-the-date cards; once you know the date you are getting married, do this as soon as possible.

4- Send out the invitations once you have created more plans for your wedding and give them a date you’d like them to respond by.

5 - Chace out your missing RSPVs a month after the date you gave you want your replies back.

6 - After your wedding; send out some thank you cards.

Get organized:

Get a folder to keep everything organized, one with pockets so you can label them and slip in info flyers, receipts, and anything else you need. Then everything is exactly where you need it and all organized, to minimize your stress.

Write Personalised Thank You Notes:

You can prolong that magical feeling from your wedding long after your day by sending personalized thank you notes to the guests who joined you at your wedding, any businesses you worked with who went the extra mile for you both, and anyone else who stepped up to the plate in your wedding planning hours of need. Writing personalized notes to each of your guests detailing a favorite memory with them and thanking them for their attendance will no doubt leave a lasting impression on your attendees – and definitely worth the effort!

I hope that these tips help you.
