Christmas wedding tips:

Are you considering having a wedding during the Christmas season? here are 3 incredibly packed full filed tips to help inspire your wedding planning for the perfect wedding day!

1: Think velvet material:

This dress and suit combo will give you extra thickness or warmth, including wearing thick tights under your wedding dress and a fluffy shawl over your shoulders to keep you comfortable. For a twist, wear a tartan suit.

Finally, think about what your bridal party will wear on their feet; It's likely to be a bit slippy and potentially muddy on any grass for photographs. So consider keeping some wellies, or plastic booties aside for outdoor pictures and keeping your wedding shoes pristine for dancing the night away later.

2: Food, favors, and drinks:

You can also swap your prosecco welcome drink for something a little bit more festive and something that will warm your guests up. Think hot chocolate or mulled wine.

Consider candy canes, gingerbread biscuits, and crackers, with personalized baubles tree decorations that they can keep, or Christmas stockings.

Mince pies, cheese, and Christmas cake are great food options.

3: It’s not Christmas without milk, children’s milk bottles with straws are a perfect little touch for little ones.

Including a hot chocolate bar to help keep guests warm, or some mulled wine! Wrap a little present for children, like a book to read for favors, they will love it!

4: Decor:

You can walk down the aisle with some fake snow and candles to make a statement, with a fairy light entrance to the venue, or canopy in your reception room. Ps don’t forget mistletoe on the door frame, or the middle of the dance floor!

Don’t forget to provide blankets for your guests to put on their laps and snow confetti for that magical touch.

5: Make a statement exit!

You can leave with a bang, a firework show is a perfect ending for your night with a sparkler exit.

I hope these tips help inspire you and help with your wedding planning.
