3 Makeup Tips:

Your wedding makeup is an important part of wedding planning. After all, you want to look your best on your big day! Here are my top tips to help you plan your wedding makeup trial:

1. Schedule your wedding makeup trial well in advance of the big day.

This will allow you plenty of time to try different looks and find the one that is perfect for you.

2. Bring photos of your wedding dress, veil, and jewelry.

This will help your makeup artist create a look that compliments your overall wedding style.

3. Be open to trying new things.

It can be tempting to stick with what you know, but this is a great opportunity to experiment with different looks. who knows, you may just find your new signature style!

Most importantly, have fun!

The wedding make-up trial is a great opportunity to relax and enjoy some pampering before the big day. Sit back, relax, and let your makeup artist work their magic!

Hair Tips:

Turn up to your bridal hair trial prepared to not only get a feel for what it will be like but also for an important and honest opinion from someone you trust.

And finally, take a photograph of your dress and show your hairstylist - they'll need to know what neckline it has and be able to give you some inspiration and advice on how to accentuate your dress details.

If you wish to enhance a particular feature such as your décolletage or wish to wear your hair in a particular way let your stylist know. They'll have loads of experience and knowledge to draw upon.

Four tips on preparing your skin:

Tip one:

Here are my top tips for making sure you have flawless skin on your wedding day whether you are the wedding couple, in the bridal party or heading to a few weddings this season.

Tip Two:

Take a few minutes each day to massage your face. This not only increases blood flow but also is great for keeping your skin looking younger & firmer. You could do this just after you cleanse in the morning & tie in some mindfulness too.

Tip Three:

Exfoliation is a great way to keep your skin looking bright & healthy. Applying a scrub is a great way to exfoliate skin extra thoroughly. We'd recommend exfoliating your skin 2-3 times a week to get the best results.

Tip Four:

Plenty of sleep and drinking lots of water are the most natural ways to get healthy and flawless skin. Try to drink a minimum of three to four liters of water per day. Water flushes out toxins from your body, hydrates the skin and body from within, and gives a natural healthy glow to your face.

Choosing your perfume:

Studies have shown that scents can evoke memories, transporting us back to the time and place of the original experience. How amazing is that?

One of the tips we share with our couples is to choose a new fragrance for your wedding day. Every time you wear this again, you'll be reminded of your special day.

If you are choosing a new fragrance take inspiration from the perfumes or aftershave you have worn before. With connotations of love, romance, and femininity, light and floral scents are a great choice for your wedding day.

Wear a couple of different scents in the run-up to the big day to see which ones your partner likes best. You will want him to like the fragrance too. This will also give you the chance to make sure that your perfume and his aftershave marry well together.

When to book your makeup trial?

Book your makeup trial for the morning time so that you can see how it lasts throughout the day and whether you need to tweak anything and how it will last,.

You can even book it on a family or friends event, so you can have a 2-in-1! Look great for your event and see how your makeup lasts through to the evening!

I hope that these tips help you.
