It’s an incredibly precious moment in your families life, from finding out, buying your baby clothes, preparing the nursery all whilst keeping yourself healthy. Your pregnancy journey is a brief but momental milestone in your life.
If your already pregnant, or want to capture your baby belly; the Maternity session is just right for you. This session is ideally done in your 3rd trimester around 30-34 weeks.
If you want to capture your pregnancy and your baby; the ‘Bump to baby package’ is ideal for you!
You have two photoshoots; one when you are pregnant whilst being in the 3rd trimester and then one when your baby has arrived. You can choose a natural baby session, or a posed babyArt session. Yes, you can have your partner and other siblings photographed too.

You will receive 4 photoshoots:
Photoshoot one at 12 weeks: Announcing your pregnancy photoshoot
Photoshoot two at 20 weeks: Gender reveal photoshoot.
Photoshoot three at 32 weeks: Celebrating your pregnancy belly.
Photoshoot four: Newborn session; choose to have posed or natural photos.
When to book:
The best time to book is around 8 weeks or just when you find out if you are wanting to capture every single moment of your pregnancy journey.

How to book and what to expect

Step 1: Choose if you want to have a consultation. If you do want one, you can book one of these first. This is where you come to the studio to meet me in person to discuss having a photoshoot with me.
Simply click the button below - click ‘Bookings’ then click ‘Consultation’ then choose your time and date from my availability on my calendar and follow the instructions. I will then email you back with details, this is usually around 24 hours. So please check your spam mailbox.

Step 2: Booking online - You can easily book online by clicking the button below. If you know what package you want, find this in the dropdown menu. Then you can choose to pay a deposit or the full amount. If you don’t know what package you’d like just click ‘Bookings’ then click ‘Portrait photoshoot deposit’ where you can pay a £20 deposit to secure your slot.
If your having difficulty booking online, please message me on my social media, or text me and I can get back to you, or book in you in manually. Your photoshoot is not confirmed until you have paid your DEPOSIT. You can pay this in cash at the studio, card online via the website online booking, card in the studio, bacs bank payment, or online via Paypal. Payment plans are available, please message me to set one up.
Step 3: Planning - This is where we will exchange a few emails, just planning our session together and we can both be prepared. If you choose a consultation, this will be done during that time and we would set a date for your photoshoot if you are happy to go ahead and book me, once you have paid your deposit.

Step 4: Your photoshoot; you turn up and we have a lovely session and after we will book a ‘reveal and ordering session’ for you to come back and view your photos.
After your photoshoot if you have not come for a reveal and ordering session, I will show you the products that I have to offer, so you can have a think of what you may like.
Seek peek: Pictures take 24 -72 hours to edit. If you choose to have a ‘sneak peak’ I will upload this on my Facebook and my social media and I may use it on my website. Sneak peeks are usually uploaded during the evening.

Step 5: Reveal and ordering session; this is where you come back to the studio and I show you your images on a slide show and then we go through your package, or the products I have to offer and you make your choice of what you’d like to order.
Online gallery: You can have a password protected online gallery to view your photos and order these online for £5.99 print delivery to your door, or £9.99 for product special delivery.

Step 6: Your order: Prints take 24 -72 hours to arrive, whilst canvases and photo albums take 3-4 weeks.
They will arrive at mine, I will check them over and package them for you and contact you for collection, or post them if that’s the option you have chosen at your reveal and order.
Future discounts: when you order directly from me you will receive a ‘loyalty card’ which will allow you to have your 6th session FREE, if you choose me to be your family photographer. You will also receive 3 ‘referral card’s’ which you give out to friends and family who wants to book a shoot with me. They get a free 12x8” print and once all three book, you get £50 off a future session or order, as a thank you for bringing in more clients - a win win for everyone as a thank you for supporting my small business.
Online orders: take 5 working days for prints to get to you and costs £5.95 for delivery. Please contact me if you have any issues.

Can we have photos with our beloved pet?
Yes, you can have your family pet included in your portrait photoshoot if they are an important member of your family, I know my dog is!
Dogs must be well behaved.

Do I have to get my belly out?
Some women are happy to be fully nude, whilst others choose not have their baby bump out and showing their skin and that’s fine, the choice is yours on how you’d like to be photographed.
If you don’t want to show any skin and be fully clothed, that’s not a problem, I want you to be comfortable at your photoshoot.
I have a few dresses at the studio that you can wear if you want.

When shall we book?
Around 6-8 weeks if your wanting to have a pregnancy announcement photoshoot.
After you find out when your 20 week scan if you want a gender reveal.
The best time to book is around 20-26 weeks for when your around 30-34 weeks to capture your baby bump at its fullest, but you’re not too heavily pregnant where it’s uncomfortable to move and pose.
If you’re already late on in your pregnancy, don’t worry I maybe able to still fit you in, so please get in touch!
